How to Make a WEB CALL or PHONE CALL

PLEASE NOTE: You need a valid credit card for this service, even if you initially planned to only call for the 10 FREE minutes. This is for IF or WHEN you exceed 10 minutes. Otherwise, people would call and just keep talking and there would be no way to charge anyone.

Your card will be AUTHORIZED (not charged) for 30 minutes worth of time (30 x $1.95 USD) to ensure your card has funds on it… BUT you will only be charged for the amount of minutes you use AFTER the call is over. You will not get through to Trina if your credit card is maxed-out or expired.

FIRST TIME CALLING? REGISTER ONLINE HERE first.
You only have to register the first time.
Then…
(1) make a web call sign in HERE – or –
(2) call 1-855-683-5433 (Toll-free) or 1-310-776-9600 from your cell phone.

The call will show up on your credit card statement as “PAIDCOMMUNICATIONS.COM”.

HOW THIS WORKS & BILLING:

If you only want to talk for 20 minutes, you only pay for 20 minutes. You control how much you want to pay by how long you want to talk.

TO BE CLEAR: Your credit card will be authorized for 30 minutes worth of time (30 x $1.95) when you call me on the breakup helpline, but you will only be charged for the amount of time you talk to me. People often get confused with “authorization” and “charged”. They are completely different things. Just like getting a hotel room, renting a car, or filling up your car with gas… your card is authorized to ensure you have the money available.

You will get a notification when the initial time is used up, asking if you want to extend the call on the breakup helpline. If you do not choose to extend it, the call will automatically end.  If you choose to extend the call, your credit card will be authorized a second time for 15 minutes. You will ONLY be charged for the amount of minutes you use after the call is over. In other words, you do not have to pay for all 15 minutes unless you talk for the full 15 minutes.
