Online couples coaching is something I really enjoy. I am confident you will feel a sense of relief, as well as feel genuinely supported, if you work with me. And just knowing that you have someone to reach out to who knows all of the ins and outs of your relationship when you hit a wall or have an argument ONGOING can bring you peace of mind.

I know how frustrating it can be when you feel as though you can’t get through to the person you’re dating or in a serious relationship with.  It can seem like no matter what you do, you don’t feel heard, understood, or acknowledged. And nothing seems to change, even after you’ve addressed it. Often, numerous times.

It can even start to feel as though your situation is hopeless. And don’t even get me started on the anxiety and stress that comes along with all of that, causing a negative rippling effect in other areas of your lives. For example: sleepless nights, irritable mood…

When you find yourself wondering, “Why is this so hard?” “Why am I the only one fighting for this?” “Why have things changed so much since we first started dating?” “Why can’t we just get it together?” or “Why don’t they care?” …

That’s where I come in…

I can help you get your point across to one another and help you get to the root of the issues with my online couples coaching services. It’s like having someone in your corner making it extra clear how you feel and how they are making you feel. Then helping you put a plan together for a solution. And please note that this can be for any type of issue – there is no such thing as TOO PETTY if it bothers you. There is also nothing to be embarrassed about or ashamed of.

And further to that, when you deal with the smaller issues as they arise, you don’t end up with a massive pile of huge issues down the road. It’s all about being proactive vs. getting too frustrated and resentful to be able to salvage things. It’s about learning healthy ways of handling things and getting a fresh perspective.

Or perhaps you are the only one in the relationship who has been struggling to get their point across – I can chat with YOU and then communicate this back to them FOR you, separately.

There’s just something to be said for another person getting involved. The things going on in the relationship can no longer be kept “secret,’” so to speak. It can feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and as though you may be able to finally start making some headway. Relief that someone has your back.

When a third party is involved, the person you are with can no longer dismiss your feelings, make you feel crazy, or deflect. (That said, if they continued to do that, that just reaffirms they’re not the person FOR you.)

And I think we know there are always two sides to every story. Couples coaching also forces both people in the relationship to become more accountable and step up if they TRULY want to save their relationship.

Having someone who has an extensive understanding of human behaviour and the modern world of relationships can help you feel like you are finally working together as a team and gaining momentum.

My approach with my online couples coaching is to make both people feel heard and understood. There is no “taking sides” or “ganging up.” I base my opinions on logical thinking, what makes sense, and what is appropriate… which is why both people have to be open to hearing what I have to say and understand it is for the greater good of the relationship. I am all about honesty, clarity, and practical solutions vs. fluff and sugar-coating. I want to see couples make progress vs. feeling the same leaving the session as when the session started.

This isn’t the kind of thing where I just ask you how you’re feeling and hum and haw. I’m all about efficiency and progress. Getting things done type of mentality vs. dragging things out. You’ve got other things to do!

Or maybe this is something you can partake in as a last resort to try to work things out without having those “what if” thoughts. Because, let’s face it, sometimes it’s about discovering that you simply aren’t a good match so that you can feel better about moving on with your lives separately. It can also help to not make the separation volatile and toxic.

Online couples coaching is great for:

  • Working through current issues
  • Being proactive when it comes to future issues
  • Ongoing maintenance and check-ins to feel as though you are staying on track and holding yourselves / each other accountable –> which builds confidence in each other and security in the relationship

In my experience, the main reasons couples find themselves having issues and unable to make headway in a relationship is due to:
  • Not putting yourself in the other person’s shoes when making decisions.
  • Lack of effort and complacency, which often leads couples longing for those “beginning” times
  • Broken trust
  • Not feeling heard
  • Unable to compromise
  • Lack of respect
  • Feeling like you can’t get on the same page
  • Unhealthy patterns
  • Unable to let go of past hurt and resentment

In order for online couples coaching to be effective:

  • Both people have to be on-board and genuinely wanting to work on the issues / be committed to maintaining the health of the relationship.
  • Both people have to be willing to have uncomfortable conversations.
  • Both people have to be open to listening to what the other person is saying. The key is to REALLY listen to what your partner is saying without looking for a way to jump in and defend your actions or to find a fault in them to then excuse your behaviour. When this happens, you’ll just keep going in circles and no one wins.
  • Both people have to understand it’s not about taking things personally. Love and compassion over ego.

Goals of online couples coaching:

  • Increased self-awareness
  • Increased understanding as to how your behavior is affecting your partner
  • Improved communication
  • Ability to navigate conflict constructively before it unnecessarily escalates
  • Find mutually agreeable solutions
  • Cut through confusion and misunderstandings
  • Increased confidence in the relationship
  • Feeling as though you are headed in a more positive direction
  • Reconnecting on a deeper level

Which leads to:

  • Increased intimacy
  • Strengthened relationship skills
  • Increased mutual respect
  • Higher levels of trust
  • Happier and mutually fulfilling relationship

  • Begin coaching by having a separate (solo) call with each person (60 min x 2). This option is great because it allows me to really get to the nuts and bolts of what is going on from each person’s perspective. It also enables me to see the differences in how each person perceives the relationship and issues.
  • THEN, have a call with both people together to get on the same page with problems, challenges, and goals.
  • THEN, have ongoing weekly / bi-weekly / monthly sessions (or as needed) with both people to work through issues, as maintenance, progress check-in, to focus on any new issues that come up.
  • Both people can also have solo calls along the way and book as needed.

60-minute COUPLES CALL (2 people on call) @ $159.00 USD

60-minute SOLO CALL (1 person on call) @ $99.00 USD

Begin coaching with both people on the call to discuss current issue(s). Great for one-off issues that pop up and on-going sessions for maintenance as needed. You book whenever you wish to have a call.

You don’t have to have a whole pile of problems to get support as a couple. Anything goes!

60-minute COUPLES CALL (2 people on call) @ $159.00 USD

Once you place the order, I will email you back within 24 hours of receiving your order to set up a time and day for the call. If you don’t receive an email from me, be sure to check your junk because I would have definitely emailed you back.

I know some people hate video calls, but some people feel more connected with them, so like I say, whatever works for you. I’m not the type who is going to force you to get on video when you just want to be chilling in your pajamas, lol. And hey, sometimes, it’s easier for people to share and be open on a regular call. Less pressure so to speak. I got ya!

Looking forward to working with you!
