So you’ve probably heard the term “revenge body” before. Meaning that after you breakup, you start focusing on getting in really good shape. You step up your exercise routine (or maybe you are just starting to exercise). You are more disciplined when it comes to what you are eating.
Basically, you want to look your very best and for your ex to then see you and regret how they treated you or you may even hope that they will try to win you back.
Just for the fun of it, I looked this up in urban dictionary and it says: When you break up with someone, usually a cheating piece of sh*t who really wasn’t worth your time and you work your ass off to look the best you can just to piss him/her off and make them regret their poor choices.
I am all about looking and feeling your very best – and if something like a breakup or divorce is what gives you the motivation to do so, more power to you…
